I enjoy spending my time getting dirty in the garden - watering til the soil is wet and the flowers bloom open bursting with perfume. I enjoy playing with my daughter, wrestling, going to parks, yelling at each other, dancing like the silly people we are... Sipping on a cup of something hot and wonderful... Stimulating conversations. Devouring a well written book - hard work, the type that gets me sweating, my muscles bulging... I enjoy listening to the music that comes from the melodious strings as i slide my fingers on the keys of a piano - being lost in the feeling and emotions of sound.
