Hello, my name is David. :D I live in the Greater Richmond Area in Virginia. Glen Allen, specifically.

Hmmm, let me try and see if I can describe my self. I tend to be mischievous and lighthearted. I tease but I don't go too far or hurt people. I can be very romantic and sweet but I'm not very sentimental unless it's about a lover. I can be very warm, supportive, loving, and understanding. I enjoy helping and being there for those I care about. But I don't like too much melodrama and can't stand immaturity. I'm not religious, conservative, or traditional at all. If someone hasn't evolved past high school, then I won't want to know them, but I don't like pretentious snobs either.

I have a great sense of humor and love to laugh. I’ve been told that sometimes I have a wicked laugh that sounds like a villain from a comic book.

Sometimes I like to challenge the opinions of others. I can be stubborn in my opinions, but I like to be challenged by someone who can make an educated point.

The best way to describe my self right now is that I'm going through transitions while I discover, invent myself, and decide what to do with my life.

I'm scared to death to dance in front of anyone and feel silly even if there's no one around. I think I'd like to get over that fear one day.

Because of my life experiences, I'm scared of most people and its hard for me to get up the nerve to introduce my self to someone I don't know and make idle chit chat. That doesn't stop me from trying though, even if I crash and burn (which is half the time), I know I'll at learn from it.

I love subculture, and through it you can meet some of the most interesting people in the world.

I suppose you could say I have a touch of industrial and goth in me. I feel comfortable when I wear a lot of black, but I don't wear makeup or anything.

I'm always looking to make a new friend and yes I am looking for that someone special.

Someone said I should add what makes me happy. Hmmm well, a lover sitting in my lap, snuggling me is probably the number one thing that makes me happy. My kitty Angel makes me happy, and so does meeting new people I have a lot in common with.

Electrocrete: "You're just like you always were, stands up for what's right and stubborn till the end."

Future/Plans:
Right now I just got a job and its helping me to get from A to B. I rep products in stores in my area that are assigned to me. I check the availability of certain products, train store employees how to sell them, and sometimes try to sell them my self.

After I get the cash I need to take care of a few small things... fix the A/C in my truck, buy a TV, build a new computer, etc, I plan on signing up for a special automotive program at J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College where I'll get to work with a company like Subaru, Nissan, Toyota, etc. My goal is to work on Rally Cars. (Its a type of race where cars race around country roads, city streets, off road, on trails, etc. Its mostly in Europe) So I may end up moving to the UK, if everything works out for the best.... I hope. I'd love to live there. (I love UK girls RAWR!)

Likes:
Accents, especially Brit girls!

Girls with loud hair colors, especially bright crimson red!

Randomness!

Zombies!

Hugging!

Being With Friends!(If I had any)

Emilie Autumn

Fuzzy Spiders!

Anyone who takes the risk to get to know me...

Anyone who isn't afraid to express or be them self, is honest, and can talk about anything.

Anyone fun and outgoing, warm, friendly, and understanding.

Anyone good, honest, trustworthy, and loyal.

I also enjoy hating haters.

Dislikes:
People who put them self on a pedestal and look down through the nose at others and judges them, as if the rest of us aren't allowed to have problems.

People who haven't socially evolved beyond high school (If you show interest them, they aren't interested in you or think there's something wrong with you)

Anyone who judges or assumes things, especially by appearances or on first impressions.

People who use or mistreat others.

Women who think it's my job to make the first move. You're not helpless, you can do it half the time.

Pregnoteens. A teenage girl who is dumb enough to actually go through a pregnancy, even without a father, because she was a stupid teen and going through a "phase", who hasn't even finished school or fanatically independent, has a lot to answer to in my book. And so do her parents. Hate me all you want, but I am sick and tired of every other teen I see getting pregnant. It really disturbs me and this is a problem that is really getting out of control in the US.

Men who act like a nice guy to get between the legs of what ever girl he's talking to. They give the real nice guys like me a bad rep, so I can't even make polite conversation with a random woman without her working in the fact that she has a boyfriend into the conversation.

Women who date scum and think all men are the same.... lame.

Beliefs:
As for political I'm somewhere between liberal and democratic, though from what I've seen the democratic process doesn't work because citizens don't take advantage of it and even a democratic government is prone to many different forms of corruption and greed.

I don't like the way our government is run and the way our resources are being used. Political agendas seem to run the military and gawd only knows what the military is spending our money on. For a government that's supposed to be run by the people, we have almost no power at all... not that most people would even use it and if most did, they'd be too ignorant or controlled by religion to make the right decision when they'd vote. Even our votes can be tossed aside and a presidential election can be decided by only a few people.

Corrupted greedy officials, business owners, political leaders, and power hungry assholes have a foot hold in every part of our government and our economy. We'd have to pretty much start over from scratch and completely tear our Country apart to make any significant changes during the time frame of my generation.

I believe in gay rights, a woman's right to choose, racial equality, women's rights, etc. But what I don't put up with it women set double standards in that regard.

I'm atheist, and proud to be one. I don't like magical thinking. I believe it spreads ignorance. I mean, of course you can believe what you want to believe, but please respect how I feel and don't talk religiously around me or try to convert me. In my opinion, most religions boil down to "Invisible magical beings runs the world, and need mortals to worship them." I think any belief that worships any kind god or mortal is silly, and we should have evolved beyond that type of thinking by now.

I believe that life is a gift and those who take it or disrespect it do not deserve to keep the gift of life that's been given to them. (I support the death penalty.)

Favorite Music:
Emilie Autumn, Servo.Hatred, Nine Inch Nails, Birthday Massacre, Alice In Chains, The Police, Pearl Jam, Zombie Girl, CombiChrist, DE/VISION, VNV Nation, God Module, Velvet Revolver, Angel Spit, Marilyn Manson, Gorillaz, Boards of Canada, Poets of the Fall, The Pillows, HYDE, Shiny Toy Guns, Garbage, Puddle of Mudd... and tons more.

I like pretty much anything except speed or death metal, or anything with too much screaming and random notes.
Country music is my kryptonite, keep that crap away from me!

Movies:
I like action, sci-fi, thriller, suspense, mystery, and some anime, but only the good stuff. None of that mass produced anime crap. I enjoy scary movies, but not when the movie is just an excuse to show a bunch of gore. I hate to admit it, but I'm really let down when the bad guy wins at the end and feel like I just wasted several hours watching a shitty movie.

Television:
I'm really getting into True Blood, I love that show! I also watch Top Gear, Family, and Bleach. Other than that, the little TV I watch is what ever happens to be on at the moment I'm channel surfing, or perhaps a movie on HBO. I CAN'T STAND REALITY SHOWS!!!
