On a more real note, I used to suffer with depression, I used to be very shy, and I used to be afraid to talk to people or let anyone know my thoughts, opinions, ideas, or feelings. I thought that who I was and what I had to offer was of no value or worth. Now, I don't even remember what it feels like to be depressed, I am quiet, but I love getting to know new people, and I'm learning that (more often than not) fear is a lie.
I love getting to know people. I'm not afraid to get real and personal, but I love a fun conversation as much as the next person. Everyone is a genius, but you try to teach a fish to climb a wall, it will think it's stupid.
Helping people find what they love to do, what their genius is is one of the best things ever.
