Uglypoet ~random Thoughts (blog) Of A Average Cowboy~
Everyone assumes i think im ugly. Well i do not think i am in anyway one of the worlds sexiest men. So to explain the name uglypoet quickly here goes. A long time ago about 7 years ago, i was in a chat room i frequented daily. In this chat room a thumbnail of your profile picture would pop up when you typed. So i use to say ah im a ugly cuss and the woman would look at my profile. So it was used to get attention of sorts. Then one night we had a poetry night. So i typed out a poem and they all liked it. Thus i adopted the name Uglypoet. And it is now my PEN NAME. I am currently working (slowly very slowly) on my own poetic inspirations book. I hope i can find a publisher, or i may just publish it myself in a PDF format. Either way i hope to have even a small book out one day, with Author Uglypoet on the cover.

Hmmm..About Me. I used to live in big Cities, now I'm back to the small town scene. Very strange place indeed. Definitely not Mayberry. Although there are several Barney Fifes roaming around. I try to avoid any types of negativity at all times. Example: if the neighbors are outside my door gossiping, I'll just crank up some Ravi Shankar, light some incense and block it out. I spend a time playing my guitar (Acoustic), listening to music, practicing meditation and reading. I have a 9 month old Yorkie pup who keeps me on my toes. I love to treasure hunt and have a passion for antique and costume jewelry. I adore animals, so I choose not to eat them. I prefer Patchouli Oil apposed to designer perfume. I'm not real materialistic, but do like to surround myself with beautiful things. Besides lots of plants, flowers and candles I enjoy Japanese, Mid-Eastern, Greek items, Gods and Goddess statues, you name it. Although some may call it junk (because I seldom ever buy anything new). Who cares?
