Iam a Personal Trainer that has been in the field for the last 10 yrs. I am a addvocate of the body being a temple that was design for us to take care of. Not only by weights,but by conditioning the heart. I have trained alot of pepole, and helped them to achieve their goals. I personally get a "high" off of seeing pepole happy when they achieve what it is they set out to do. I train myself (6) six sometimes (7) seven times a week just because its a positive way out for me to release the negative stem. I encourage all to try.....hang in there and it will happen. Remeber "that the weight did not pile on all at one time" . Hang in there!!!! My interest include: Weight training, training others, family,and sex......lol

Hmmmm, Let's see, I grew up in Illinois. I joined the Air Force right out of High School. I am an Aircraft Mechanic by trade, but currently teach Aircraft Maintenance at McChord AFB, Wa. I am single, although I was married for 4 years. I got divorced in Oct. 2002. I would like to meet some cool people. I do not expect to find the "ONE" on here, but you never know.
