Hmmmm. I have read several about me sections today and have interestingly enough ran across a couple of optimistically cynical people. I like that. And while the words I had written previously below still pertain, where have I expounded on my dark side that quite definitely exists? Note to self. Be honest, admit my blasphemy if it is applicable and enjoy being able to descend into tranquil darkness at times. I am happy, optimistic, spontaneous, love to play and have a good time. Divorced for almost a year. I have fabulous kids that are grown. (or so they think) They live all over the world and US. I am so proud that they are living their lives to the beat of their own drum. So,I can write something about me - well. I am a medical transcriptionist with a dog (Scooby - a Husky) and 4 cats. I love to dance. I like country music and 70s/80s music: Elton John and CSNY come to mind. It's late and things do not come to mind easily at 3:25 in the morning. Oh - I am 57 (yea, I know - I'm old). I found that out the hard way when I tried salsa dancing about 3 weeks ago. They were free lessons at a local club - Tapa's, and I was doing okay - really enjoying the lesson, but then the instructor decided to teach an "advanced level" step - where the lady goes down on 1 knee and then comes up again - I think I used to be able to do that - but now - not so easy. I like science fiction movies and scary movies - have not seen anything good lately. Loved the movie a while back: Hell Boy." More later.
