My sisters Granddaughter was raped by her father at ag two. Her grandson was beaten at age six months by her daughter. (The childs father) Never would have come to light if not for her daughter breaking the boys arm. It went to child welfare services where the boy was put into protective custody and then later adopted out to the people that fostered him. Well all ened great for him except no one in his family could know where he was. Then comes Bonnie the poor little tyke that went through hell and back with her father. She was sent to a foster home then another then another until they sent her back with her mother whom didn't want her anyways. Guess who ends up with her? The dam father, right!! After six months of child welfare not knowing this they finally look into her case to see how she is. Out of his home she goes and into my sisters. She is there for three years until her mother takes her back for welfare purposes. Bonnie is pushed back and forth from mommy to daddy then back again. My sister in all of this isn't saying a word. Well I did and I'm the bad guy, but oh well guess I was in Child Services also. To date my grand niece is back with her mother at age nine, and in Kentucky where Vermont can't touch her now even if they wished to which I doubt they would.
